What happens if I can’t submit a request or the app is not working?

Sometimes requests will take longer to upload, please make sure you do not cancel it or exit the application while it does. Using Wi-Fi will decrease the submission time.

When encountering any errors please email us at community@findyr.com with a brief description of the problem. Include the type of your device you are using and also screenshots of the problem.
